The Rivery is a 125-acre master planned land development project located in the north Austin suburb of Georgetown, Texas. The Rivery is one of the premiere development sites in Georgetown. The site enjoys excellent access in both directions from I-35 vis-à-vis highway on/off ramps located just north and south of the site The Sponsorship worked on this strategic land assemblage for approximately 18 months, including obtaining zoning rights for the development of anchored retail, office, and apartments. The Sponsorship was successful in obtaining commitments to sell parcels to Wal-Mart (23.56 acres) and Home Depot (13.80 acres) who built their own respective stores. Additionally, a 13.25 acre parcel was sold to an office developer, and the remaining 20.40 acre parcel was sold to a multi-family developer. Both the office and multi-family parcel feature picturesque cliff views of the adjacent Georgetown Golf and Country Club.
