Jeff A. Johnston - Principal
Jeff has over 25 years of commercial real estate development and investments experience both regionally and nationally. He has operated as a principal and as a consultant to major investors both private and institutional, developing both domestic and international equity and debt for acquisitions of various assets, including apartments, office buildings, shopping centers and industrial buildings.
His background includes tenure on Wall Street working with several institutional investors such as Charterhouse and Goldman Sachs. In addition, Jeff was responsible for the sales and marketing operations of several companies acquired during this period. Jeff has developed key relationships with numerous national clients such as Home Depot, Kohl’s, Wal-Mart, Target, Petco, Outback Steakhouse, Lowe’s, Chico’s, Brinker International, Budgetel Inn and Budget Car Sales. On a regional basis, he has built relationships with Tractor Supply Company, El Chico, Chuck E. Cheese Pizza, CVS and Cinemark Theatres.
Jeff has completed joint developments with recognized national developers such as Weber &: Company, Chief Partners, Property Commerce, GE Capital, South Bay Partners, PM Realty and Regency Centers. |
